Not surprising that was owned by BBS. Those RS-GT wheels are pricey (considered them for my S3).

Looks like a nice ride - I think the hood looks dopey, but the rest of it is really clean.

Well, if you don’t love the hood and wheels on that, you could probably make some money off of it. You could sell the wheels/tires for maybe $2-2.5k and should be able to move the hood as well. Say that gives you $2500 to play with, you could easily buy a new set of wheels/tires and a stock painted hood for that.

Of course that would mean the car would lose its provenance.

I actually don’t mid the wheels. Plus if i had the cash, it would be my second car on BBS wheels which would be interesting. Selling the hood is not a bad idea though.

Well, I’m no expert as I’ve owned one for not even a year. That said:

- questionable aesthetics but not bad
- Bumper needs to be repainted. That’s 600-1000 right there
- no decent pictures of the interior
- you can see a little of the sticky dash but it is what it is
- ECT PWR button is on. He better have records of transmission service. IS forums recommend you service it more often if you drive around with the power mode all the time. He said he has just had the 90k service, so look for that on the invoice
- timing belt being done is a huge plus
- actually appears to be some paint missing passenger front bumper

TLDR, I think just a bit to expensive for what it is.

I didn’t know there was a version in the G that was under 260, tbh. Thought they all ran from 260-330 (forget the G25, that’s a dog).

Anyhoo, if I can pick and choose the VQ35HR with 306HP sounds about right.
